1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using FitDzire's facilities and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all members, guests, and visitors of FitDzire fitness studio located in Bhayandar, Maharashtra, India.

2. Membership & Registration

2.1 Eligibility

• Members must be at least 16 years of age
• Members under 18 require parental/guardian consent
• Valid government-issued ID required for registration
• Medical clearance may be required for certain programs

2.2 Registration Process

To become a member, you must:

1. Complete the online or in-person registration form
2. Provide accurate and complete information
3. Select a membership plan
4. Pay the applicable membership fees
5. Accept these Terms and Conditions

3. Fees & Payment

3.1 Membership Fees

Membership fees vary based on the selected program and payment plan.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Payments must be made in advance
• We accept cash, cards, UPI, and bank transfers
• Automatic renewal applies unless cancelled
• Late payment may result in service suspension
• A late fee may be charged for overdue payments

3.3 Price Changes

FitDzire reserves the right to modify membership fees with 30 days' notice. Current members will be notified of any price changes via email or SMS.

4. Facility Usage

4.1 Operating Hours

Monday to Saturday: 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM
Sunday: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Hours may vary during holidays. Members will be notified of any schedule changes.

4.2 Access & Usage Rules

• Members must check in at reception before using facilities
• Appropriate workout attire and closed-toe shoes are mandatory
• Equipment must be used properly and returned after use
• Towels must be used on equipment for hygiene
• Mobile phones should be on silent mode in workout areas
• Photography/videography requires prior permission

4.3 Class Bookings

Group classes must be booked in advance through the client portal or mobile app. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled class time.

4.4 Guest Policy

Premium members receive complimentary guest passes. Other members may bring guests for a day pass fee. All guests must complete a waiver form and follow facility rules.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1 Expected Behavior

All members must:

• Treat staff and other members with respect
• Maintain personal hygiene standards
• Keep noise levels appropriate
• Report any equipment damage or safety concerns
• Follow staff instructions and safety guidelines

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, intimidation, or inappropriate behavior
• Use of illegal substances or alcohol
• Theft or vandalism
• Unauthorized commercial activities or solicitation
• Violation of dress code policies

5.3 Consequences

Violation of conduct rules may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent membership termination without refund. FitDzire reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

6.1 Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their membership with 30 days' written notice. Notice can be submitted via:

• Client portal cancellation request

6.2 Refund Policy

• 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New members can request a full refund within 30 days of joining
• Medical Reasons: Refunds may be considered with valid medical documentation
• Relocation: Pro-rated refunds available for verified relocations beyond 50km
• No refunds for partial months or unused sessions

6.3 Membership Freeze

Members may freeze their membership for medical or personal reasons. A freeze fee may apply. Maximum freeze period is 90 days per year.

7. Liability & Waiver

7.1 Assumption of Risk

By using FitDzire's facilities, you acknowledge that:

• Physical exercise involves inherent risks
• You are in good physical condition to participate
• You will consult healthcare providers as needed
• You will inform staff of any medical conditions

7.2 Limitation of Liability

FitDzire, its owners, employees, and trainers are not liable for:

• Personal injuries sustained during facility use
• Loss or theft of personal property
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Third-party actions or negligence

7.3 Indemnification

Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless FitDzire from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of the facilities or violation of these terms.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

8.1 Data Collection

We collect and process personal information including name, contact details, payment information, and health data as necessary for membership administration.

8.2 Data Usage

Your information is used for:

• Membership management and billing
• Communication about services and updates
• Safety and emergency purposes
• Legal compliance

9. Modifications to Terms

FitDzire reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification to members.

Continued use of our facilities after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage members to review these terms periodically.

Material changes affecting fees, services, or member rights will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice.
